5 Ways to grow your power to be adaptable:

✅ Is anyone you know having a tough time or super stressed? How could you help? Be the person who’s always smiling and ready to handle new challenges.
✅ Don’t grumble the next time your boss gives you a tough task, instead, make it a challenge to quickly adapt and do an even better job than expected.
✅ Read a mystery novel. Try to guess who did it. If you don’t like the ending, rewrite it.
✅ When planning or setting goals, be firm on the what and when, but loose on the how. Exercise this muscle by crushing daily goals.
✅ Find a puzzle game that appeals to you. Even something as simple as Tetris can help force your mind to be in adaptive mode.
