What I liked about the TT38 Talent Test: 😃
✔️ Once you got going, the questions were quick and easy to answer.
✔️ Instant results that I don’t have to pay for.
✔️ A basic website not bogged down with ads.
What I didn’t like: 😡
❌ You have to sign up and wait for a test link. Kind of odd, BUT they did respond with a few hours and sent me the link.
❌ The wording confused me.
❌ no back button! I made a few mistakes along the way. Whoops.
Insights gained:
🧝 Ask first; do the results tie in with what I already know about yourself? In this case, yes! My top three were visionary, targeted, and empathetic.
🧝 I liked strength #4, innovative, as it reminded me to appreciate that others view me as a genuine and authentic person.
